Eligibility for Returns
Conditions to request a return or refund :
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong product or size delivered
Return Window
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Products on clearance sale
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Customized or personalized shoes
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after quality check
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges are allowed once per order (subject to stock availability)
